THE SWEEPSTAKES BECOMES ACTIVE ONLY AFTER THE LIVE STREAM REACHES A THRESHOLD OF TWENTY-FIVE (25) NEW MEMBERSHIPS; HOWEVER, NO MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED TO ENTER ONCE THE SWEEPSTAKES IS ACTIVATED.

The Sweepstakes is promoted in connection with the Reel Deck Gaming brand and channels.

The Reel Deck Gaming Live Stream Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located within the United States and are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, contractors, and affiliates of Sponsor, Reel Deck Gaming, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, and any entities involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Sweepstakes begins at the start of the applicable Reel Deck Gaming live stream and ends when the live stream concludes or when the winner is selected, whichever occurs first (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s computer and/or live stream system shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

During the applicable Reel Deck Gaming live stream, Sponsor may announce a Sweepstakes giveaway if the live stream reaches a threshold goal of twenty-five (25) new channel memberships during that stream.

Once the threshold goal has been reached and the Sweepstakes is activated, any eligible viewer present in the live stream chat may enter for free by typing the designated chat command announced during the live stream.

No purchase, payment, donation, or channel membership is required to enter or win. Obtaining a channel membership will not increase the odds of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise announced during the live stream.

Entries generated by script, bot, macro, automated device, or fraudulent means are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of using automated or unfair methods of entry.

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted during the applicable live stream from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The random drawing and all decisions made by Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The potential winner must be present in the live stream chat at the time their name is announced in order to claim the prize.

The potential winner must respond in the live stream chat when announced and must email info@reeldeckgaming.com within forty-eight (48) hours of notification with any information reasonably requested by Sponsor to verify eligibility and facilitate prize delivery.

Failure to respond within the required timeframe, failure to comply with these Official Rules, or inability to verify eligibility may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity, age, and residency prior to awarding any prize.

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) Amazon Gift Card valued at Fifty Dollars ($50 USD) 

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50 USD.

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, in whole or in part, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

Amazon is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this Sweepstakes.

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, username, likeness, image, voice, photograph, statements, hometown, and biographical information for advertising, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, Reel Deck Gaming, YouTube, Twitch, Amazon, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; 
• Technical malfunctions or failures; 
• Unauthorized human intervention; 
• Errors in administration of the Sweepstakes; 
• Interrupted or unavailable internet or streaming services; 
• Any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes. 

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, modify, or administer the Sweepstakes in a manner deemed fair and appropriate if fraud, technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be:

• Tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes; 
• Violating these Official Rules; 
• Acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; 
• Using multiple accounts, bots, VPNs, scripts, or fraudulent means to enter. 

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Twitch, Amazon, Google, or any other social media platform or third-party service used in connection with the Sweepstakes.

By participating, entrants completely release YouTube, Twitch, Amazon, Google, and all applicable social media platforms from any and all liability related to the Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:

• Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; 
• Any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration conducted in the State of Florida; 
• Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, attorneys’ fees, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes. 

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices and will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes and prize fulfillment unless entrant otherwise agrees.
